Miss Kirby's Class
What an amazing day we had!
When we first arrived, we went to the lab to take part in our experiment. We took part in a chemistry experiment, exploring the reactions when mixing different chemicals, even taking part in an investigation to find the 'Mystery Powder'.
Much to Miss Kirby's horror, our leader got the Bunsen Burners out to be Firework Chemists! All children listened to safety instructions well and followed instructions to the letter, enjoying testing different chemical powders and the coloured flames they created. (You can tell by our faces that we were amazed!)
We had some freedom to explore the Space Zone, Creativity and WOW Zone and also enjoyed the Plantarium show where we learned about the sattalites orbiting our planet and the special jobs they possess.
It was a joy to take 3/4K and I was incredibly proud of them throughout the day. Everyone had an amazing day exploring and being scientists.
